The HERO family of loitering munition systems seamlessly integrates with helicopter, combat aircraft, and other airborne assets with flexibility, precision and rapid response, for consistently exacting performance. HERO versatility effectively eradicates targets on both land and sea, stationary or on the move. 

Aerial Launch & Operation 

HERO systems easily integrate into the air-vehicle avionics suite, allowing the aircrew to operate the munition with standard controls. Flight and guidance of the HERO on the aerial platform can also be transferred to ground forces, dramatically enhancing the operational range of the air-platform, and its ability to counter low-signature, time-sensitive targets, supporting ground or Naval forces.

The capability to operate at low altitudes – even below cloud level adds to the operational flexibility of the aerial-platform guidance systems, particularly in near-terrain-flying altitude airspace. Operation in a stand-off position significantly reduces exposure to possible threats, enabling it to penetrate and neutralize varied advanced air defenses.

HERO systems overcome environmental constraints, delivering high precision strikes from the air in challenging battlefield conditions, including GPS denied environment and communication interferences.
