Jim Truxel


Prior to joining UVision, Truxel had a distinguished career with Saab Technologies spanning over 31 years. His last position at Saab was Vice President Business Development with a focus in the areas of Tactical Solutions, Rugged Electronics for armored vehicles, CBRNe solutions and Expeditionary Maintenance Solutions for fighter aircraft.

Truxel is a former United States Marine and has been married for 34 years. He and his wife live in the suburbs of Washington, DC and have two grown daughters.

Avi Mizrahi


Maj. Gen. (ret.) Avi Mizrachi joins UVision as CEO. Prior to joining UVision, Mr. Mizrachi joined Elbit Systems in 2013 as an EVP for Business Development – South East Asia and Israel. Mr. Mizrachi was responsible for one third of the sales revenue of Elbit Systems ($ 3.4 billion) as well as leading the path for the successful acquisition of Israel Military Industries (IMI) Systems. He was a Senior Management member, reporting to Elbit Systems CEO.From 2009 to 2012, he served as the commander of the IDF’s Central Command. Prior to that he held a number of senior command positions including head of the Technology and Logistics Branch and commander of the IDF’s Ground Forces. Mr. Mizrachi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in computers science and business administration from Pace University in New York and is a graduate of the Harvard University Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Stuart Rosen


Mr. Rosen has over 40 years' experience in the aviation and UAV industry with IAI. He has held a number of finance, sales and marketing positions in both the civil and military aircraft fields, including a tour of duty in the USA as Vice President of Finance of an IAI subsidiary that provides aircraft maintenance services to the United States Navy. For two decades, Mr. Rosen was a sales manager in IAI's Malat Division engaged in UAV sales and marketing throughout the world, where he was able to contribute his experience in contract negotiations. Mr. Rosen holds a B.Sc. in economics from the London School of Economics.
